1. Subject and general principles of warranty:

1.1 The manufacturer - FRIZLAB gives a warranty for the products manufactured and delivered by our company on the basis of this warranty card.

1.2 The warranty period of -1 year shall be considered from the date of acceptance of the goods by the buyer from the seller (from the date of actual acceptance of the goods by the Buyer).

1.3 The warranty applies to the equipment supplied by "FRIZLAB" to the key units: hydraulic cylinders, lifting mechanisms, integrity of lining materials, integrity of ceramics, integrity of sanitary ware and the Manufacturer's responsibility comes only when the defects of the actually supplied equipment are caused by a manufacturing defect, defective materials, damage due to the Manufacturer's fault.
- warranty repairs are performed subject to the availability of a warranty card;
- the warranty includes replacement of defective parts, parts of the furniture body, trim, fittings;
- in case of defect detection, the Buyer only needs to call the phone number specified in the Warranty Card. The service staff will inspect and correct the defect within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment of the call;
- in case the defect requires the replacement of a part that is not available in the Seller's stock on the date of assembly services, the Seller undertakes to eliminate the defect within 45 (forty-five) calendar days;
- in case of withdrawal of the furniture collection from sales during the warranty period, the Seller is entitled to provide an alternative replacement. If the collection is on sale, the part will be replaced.
 
During the period of use of the furniture:
- do not allow direct exposure of furniture pieces to sunlight;
- do not install furniture near heating devices;
- temperature during furniture operation +10 °С ÷ +30 °С;
- relative humidity at furniture operation 45÷65 %;
- do not allow the furniture to be exposed to aggressive liquids (acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, etc.).
- Protect furniture from mechanical damage, which may be caused by the impact of hard objects, abrasive powders, as well as excessive physical exertion.
- dust from the surface of the furniture should be removed with a soft cloth;

 
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- presence of mechanical damage: cracks and chips, scratches and scuffs, damage to corners and edges due to the fault of third parties or the Buyer;
- improper use and care of the furniture;
- due to and in the presence of traces of independent repair or dismantling by the Buyer;
- natural wear and fading of materials;
- improper use of the furniture;
- faults caused by force majeure.
 
Manufacturing defects are not:
- features due to the texture of the material or style of the product
- insignificant color difference between the elements of the product and the sample
- color discrepancy with previously purchased furniture elements for replacement
- damage and color changes caused by external impact
- abrasion of the coating in places of frequent contact
- loosening of joints in the process of constant use caused by lack of care for the product.
